Payment Obligations

The Member understands that a valid form of payment must accompany all orders.


All orders being shipped within the US (Domestic) are sent by USPS First Class Package unless other services are requested (Priority Mail/ Express Shipping). International (worldwide) orders are also shipped with USPS First Class International Package service at the USPS International rates depending on location and services requested (Priority Mail / Express Shipping). Please note, First Class Domestic and International Mail do not include insurance so if you would like insurance, please email us prior to placing your order so we may provide the cost for insurance. will not be held liable for lost or damaged packages while in carrier holding. You may also purchase USPS Priority Mail for domestic and international at rates calculated at checkout. USPS Priority Mail does include insurance for up to $50.00 (USD) and any amount over $50.00 can be insured for the additional $3.00. 

Insurance Policy strongly recommends that customers/clients purchase shipping insurance on orders processed through The options to insure your package for domestic and international is a flat fee of $3.00 (USD) per order. If your insured package gets lost, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Once the claim has processed, we will replace the item(s) in the order if items are in stock. In the event they are not, we will issue a refund for the cost of the original cost of product. Insurance claim processing time is approximately 15 days from the time you report the missing items to us. We highly recommend that you insure your package. If you decide not to insure your package, will not be held liable or responsible for lost or damaged packages and does not constitute grounds for a chargeback with the financial institution where the payment originated. This agreement shall enforce this and is executed when an order is placed on 

Shipping and Handling and its distributors/suppliers reserve the right to restrict shipments to countries that chooses.  There are countries that will not ship to and this list of countries will change from time to time. is not responsible for loss, or damages as a result of misplaced, mis-ordered or other typographical errors that occur during order placement. The customer/client has sole responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the order, including actual item, pricing, shipping, and/or handling, before order submission. 

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to an order, please message us to let us know. Please note, once an order has generated a tracking number, we can no longer make any changes to that order.

Incorrect Address / Packages Not Picked Up From Carrier / Retuned Orders is not responsible for orders that have incorrect addresses. If we ( receives an order back with the notice of incorrect/undeliverable address, we will attempt to email you of the circumstances to get a correct address and the buyer will need to pay for the actual shipping charges for re-delivery of the order. Per policy of shipped orders, we will not issue a refund for order(s) that are placed with incorrect information.

Packages returned due to no pickup by the buyer are also not refundable and buyer will need to pay the actual shipping charges for re-delivery of the order. We issue tracking numbers for ALL orders so please check orders while in transit to ensure that they are moving within the carrier system and if a problem is found, please let us know right away so we can attempt to remedy the situation.
